2010 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL AT DESERT ROSE

Desert Rose Baptist Church, Beaver Dam, Arizona held Vacation Bible School June 26 - 29. We were blessed with 13 children in attendance. This was the church's first Bible School in 4 years. The children enjoyed stories, hearing about the love of Jesus, learning memory verses, playing games, making crafts and meeting new friends. Graduation program was held Thursday night with attendance certificate and a children's bible presented to each student. Hot dogs and ice cream social was held following the program. One or both of the parents of the children were in attendance. We give all the Glory & Honor to God for success of the Bible School!

Saddle Ridge Ranch at Meadview Baptist Church

Meadview Baptist held their VBS July 26 -30 with the theme of "Saddle Ridge Ranch".  There were 28 kids in attendance (average SS attendance is 4).  Friday night we had a closing BBQ and program with 73 in attendance.  The "buckaroos" put on a concert of the
VBS Saddle Ridge Ranch music along with the scripture verses they learned throughout the week.

Special thanks to First Baptist of Lake Havasu who loaned us missionary interns Amber Bard and Desarae Jackson for the week and thanks to the girls for their ministry in our VBS.  Also a "thank you" to Judy Ellstrom who painted the beautiful mural and the First Baptist Church of Kingman for all the display materials they provided.  Because of the contributions of all of you including our own workers, the lives of many children were touch with the message of God's love and 5 children accepted Christ as their Savior.

LADIES LUNCHEON EVENT AT DESERT SHORES

Over 100 ladies attended the Ladies Luncheon sponsored by the Desert Shores Baptist Church on February 6th. Dotty Stephenson blessed us by sharing "Choosing a Fearless Life in a Fearful World". The decorations were colorful and beautiful, the food wonderful, the speakers encouraging, the music uplifting, and the whole program extremely well done. We all felt special and blessed. Good job, Desert Shores! View more photos.
